    If you need tests, a consultation or other healthcare services, contact a suitable provider. A friend can help you take the first step.

  3. Ask before your visit

    Confirm the service, cost and appointment directly with the provider. Ask for preparation instructions; these depend on the test.

  4. Discuss your next steps

    Ask how you will receive your results. Review them with a healthcare professional and agree on a plan that suits you.
